Principle of Maximum Transparency

Ruvas Metal Reserve (RMR) operates on Web3 transparency principles. We publicly fix the composition of the reserve, the tokenomics parameters and the status of the RVT token. Every document has its own role: from the core RWA model to the full legal disclaimer and smart-contract audit.

RVT Token Status

Utility Token, Not a Security

RVT is a purely utility token that grants access to programs and services in the Ruvas ecosystem (such as Maker Price Access). It is not an investment contract, does not guarantee any profits and is not treated as a security in most jurisdictions. What is Ruvas Metal Reserve (RMR)?
RMR is a jewelry-backed reserve of real-world assets (RWA): gold, silver and jewelry pieces by Ruvas / Serebro. 40% of RVT total supply is linked to this reserve and disclosed in Proof of Assets reports.
Is RVT an investment token or a security?
RVT is positioned as a utility token. It grants access to Ruvas ecosystem programs (including Maker Price Access) but does not in itself guarantee any returns and is not issued as a security. The detailed legal position is described in the «Legal & Compliance» documents.
How is RVT backed and where can I verify it?
40% of RVT supply is allocated to the RMR reserve as RWA-backed tokens. The reserve composition, Audit Value and asset structure are disclosed in Proof of Assets reports. The latest versions are available via the «Public Asset Registry (Proof of Assets)» button in the «Audit & Finance» column.
What is Maker Price Access and how is it linked to RVT?
Maker Price Access is a program giving RVT holders the right to purchase Ruvas jewelry at prices close to production cost (discounts up to ~70% vs. retail). The logic of the program and EXR tiers is described in the litepaper and on the EXR / Maker Price page.
How often are Proof of Assets reports updated?
Internal accounting is updated continuously, while the public Proof of Assets report is published at least once per quarter. Links to the latest report will be shared in the «Audit & Finance» column and in RMR Docs / GitBook.
