What RMR reserve is made of
Instead of a dry table — visual distribution by asset classes. Exact percentages and amounts will be published in each Proof of Assets report.
Jewelry Ruvas / Serebro — ~60%
Finished jewelry in stock: rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets. Each item has an ID, weight, metal fineness and photos.
Gold and precious metals — ~20%
Gold jewelry, scrap and possible bars — metal that can be monetized quickly on the market.
Stablecoins & cash — ~20%
Part of the reserve in USDT/USDC and operational cash — for buybacks, logistics, insurance and external audit fees.
Actual percentages and amounts for each category will be published in Proof of Assets reports with dates and documents attached.
How Proof of Assets works in RMR
Instead of a vague “there is a reserve” — a clear procedure: accounting, valuation, verification, public report and periodic audit.
1. Asset registration
Each jewelry piece and each gram of metal is recorded: ID, weight, fineness, item type, stones, photos and storage location.
2. Conservative valuation
To calculate the Audit Value we use conservative pricing (wholesale / buyback), not the maximum retail price. This creates a safety margin and avoids inflated figures.
3. Consolidated Proof of Assets report
Data by batches is aggregated into a single table: value by categories, total Audit Value, valuation date and assumptions. This report is published as PDF / Google Sheet.
4. Updates and external audit
Internal accounting is updated monthly as inventory moves. Public Proof of Assets is published at least once per quarter with an option to engage an independent auditor.

Proof of Assets does not guarantee returns and does not replace your own risk assessment. We provide maximum transparency, but the decision to participate is always up to the investor.
